1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Chic Chauffeur Services (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings and Reservations
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
2.2 Reservations can be made via our website, email, or phone.
2.3 A confirmation will be sent after a booking is completed, detailing the journey, vehicle, and pricing. It is the client’s responsibility to check all details.
2.4 We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as listed on our website.
3.3 For corporate accounts, billing terms will be arranged in advance.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service for a full refund.
4.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking.
4.3 No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the service will result in the full fare being charged.

5. Waiting Time and Additional Charges
5.1 For airport transfers, a 30-minute grace period is provided for domestic flights and a 60-minute grace period for international flights.
5.2 After the grace period, waiting time will be charged at a rate specified in your booking.
5.3 Additional charges may apply for extra stops, route changes, or services requested during the journey.

6. Vehicle and Driver Responsibility
6.1 We will ensure vehicles are in excellent condition and that drivers are professional, licensed, and insured.
6.2 The safety of our passengers is paramount, and drivers have the right to refuse service if passengers are deemed a threat to safety or exhibit inappropriate behaviour.

7. Passenger Responsibilities
7.1 Passengers are responsible for providing accurate details at the time of booking, including pick-up times and locations.
7.2 Passengers must comply with local laws, including wearing seat belts.
7.3 Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited in the vehicles unless otherwise permitted by the driver.

8. Luggage and Personal Belongings
8.1 Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Chic Chauffeur Services is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
8.2 Luggage capacity is based on the vehicle booked. Passengers must inform us in advance if they have additional luggage needs.

9. Liability
9.1 We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
9.2 In the event of a mechanical failure, we will endeavour to provide a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible but are not liable for any consequential damages or losses.

10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your data with third parties, except as necessary to fulfil the service.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Chic Chauffeur Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of significant changes via our website or email.

13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chic Chauffeur Services operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
